Learn the foundations of wheel throwing in a calm, supportive studio environment. This beginner-friendly 8-week class introduces centering, throwing, trimming, decorating, and glazing, with a new demonstration each week and time to practice at your own pace.

Classes are limited to 8 students to ensure everyone has access to equipment, space to work, and individual guidance from the instructor.

Materials and firing
Your first 5kg of clay is included in the class price. Additional clay can be purchased in 5 kg blocks for $20.00. Most students use 1–3 blocks per session. All glazes and firings are included in the registration fee.

Make-up classes and cancellations
Make-up classes are possible only if there is space in another class. If no space is available, a make-up class may be arranged during the final class of another session for glazing only. All classes are non-refundable.
